We operate on UTC-5 year-round with no daylight saving changes. That means we’re exactly aligned with U.S. Eastern Time in winter, and just one hour behind during Daylight Saving Time (roughly March–November) — never more than a 1-hour gap, unlike offshore teams with 10+ hour differences.
Can you integrate with our existing systems, or only build from scratch?
