As a result of our technology consulting we proposed to our client the development of an online quoting solution that would allow the technicians to quote from their mobile devices in real time. This would decrease significantly the time between the technician’s visit, obtaining the distributor’s prices and offering a final quote to the client.

The Challenge
PGS, a globally recognized insurance agency with over 30 years of experience, faced a complex issue. They partnered with multiple insurance companies, each offering distinct plans, rates, benefits, and conditions, making it challenging to provide clients with tailored insurance quotes. They attempted to address this by creating a mobile app, but potential customers were hesitant to download another app.
Our Innovative Solution
We recommended phasing out the mobile app and developing a web-based tool accessible on any device. We streamlined the process and removed the friction of app downloads. Additionally, we enabled access from computers and tablets, making it easier for users to compare insurance plans.

The Challenge
ADEN University, a renowned university located in Panama, needed an academic system for the management of student processes that could be implemented in a short term and that could also be integrated with the other existing systems in the educational group.
Our Innovative Solution
In a first evaluation, we understood that the best option for them was not to develop a product completely from scratch, so we suggested that they first carry out a technological consultancy that would allow them to test some commercial options with a low budget and with great agility.
During the consultancy we were able to observe that ADEN used Odoo (an open source system) to manage other departments of the university, so because its technical team already knew this platform, instead of developing custom software we made a proposal that would also allow them to save money: Install, configure and adapt the Odoo Open Educat educational module to initially determine if that platform met their requirements and thus avoid investing in a new one.

Thanks to our contribution, today Aden University has an educational platform that is 100% personalized and adapted to their particularities that works very well for them on a day-to-day basis and that allows their own internal software development team to continue expanding and customizing without depending on of his technological ally: Protos.

For the first phase of their digital transformation, we proposed the creation of an e-Commerce website where players registered and paid on- line. The Challenge
The maintenance management of the company’s vehicle fleet is generally a manual process, in which spreadsheets are used to store the information of each vehicle, this client was no exception, for which reason they asked us for help to automate this process and make it easier and more efficient.

We created “SmartFleet”, an online system designed to help manage vehicle costs and “OSH” (Occupational Safety and Health) compliance in an easy and affordable way, keeping all fleet vehicle data in one place, with instant reports and automatic alerts. It is also possible to ensure that drivers regularly check vehicles with the “Walk-Around Check” application, among other functions.
